Every route is marked, staffed, and swept. Rotarians, Interactors, and our partners work the stops, and a support vehicle runs the course all morning.

Stops that are actually stocked

Water, Gatorade, pickle juice, energy bars, and restrooms or port-a-potties at every SAG stop. Rider support runs the routes for flats, mechanicals, and anything else the day hands you.

A start that suits your pace

Riders roll out in five speed groups, fastest first at 8:00 a.m., about a minute between groups. Everyone is on route by 8:10 — no scrum at the line.

Somewhere to land afterward

Line Creek The Reserve is two blocks north of the finish. Food trucks take the $10 coupon in your swag bag, and a photographer works the finish line.

Need a tune-up, a tube, or a fix?

Two local shops can get your bike ready for the ride. Stop in for repairs, parts, or anything you forgot to pack. Give yourself time before Saturday morning, and call ahead for hours.

Where the money goes

Grants, not overhead.

The Tour of Coweta is the Rotary Club of Newnan's largest fundraiser. Proceeds go out again as grants to nonprofits in Coweta County — the people already doing the work, given more to do it with. These groups received grants last year.

When can I pick up my info packet?

Packet pickup runs Friday, April 16, 2027 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at two places — Senoia Bicycle Shop, 34 Main Street in Senoia, and Line Creek The Reserve, 18 Savannah Street in Newnan. You can also pick up Saturday morning from 7:00 to 8:00 at the Coweta County Justice Center. Times and places are subject to change.

How does the start work?

We pace the start by your estimated average speed. The fastest riders roll out at 8:00 a.m., and each group follows about a minute after the one ahead. There are five groups, from 25 mph and up down to 10 mph and under. Everyone is on route by 8:10.

What happens after the ride?

Finish and walk about two blocks north to Line Creek The Reserve. Food trucks will be there and they take the food coupon from your swag bag. A photographer works the finish, and the photos go online afterward if you want to buy one.
